By learning and practicing mindful breathing (pranayama), meditation and yoga sequences, we can help you to build a supportive personal routine.
You might like to focus your session on just yoga or meditation, or you may like to combine the practices.
You may want to learn a breath technique or yoga sequence to strengthen depleted energy levels or physical tone. You may want to learn a calming technique for bedtime, an invigorating technique for depression, or a grounding technique for anxiety.
Our intention is to introduce one or two techniques initially, and build upon that foundation.
