TO USE:

  • Before steaming, gently cleanse your face
  • Place 1 TBS dried herbs into a large bowl
  • Add almost-boiling water (fill near to the top)
  • Wrap a towel over your head & around the bowl
  • Keep your face about 12 in. above the water
  • With eyes closed, breathe slowly through the mouth or nose (5-15 minutes)
